Clear Align quality note manufacturing process audit / survey

Clear Align reserves the right to send representatives to the Supplier’s facility to perform manufacturing/test process verification audits and quality system surveys at the supplier’s facilities in support of this order. These process audit/survey activities may include, but not be limited to, the following:

  1. Verification that the electrical, chemical, physical and/or mechanical properties of the parts/materials are in conformance with the specification and purchase order requirements. This verification may be accomplished by review of manufacturing and/or test processes and appropriate documentation of software
  2. Evaluation of all production flow documentation (i.e., travelers, burn-in records, assembly/test records, SPC data)
  3. Evaluation of test programs, automated or manual, utilized for part acceptance
  4. Other evaluations and verifications as necessary to determine contract compliance
  5. Without additional charges, the Supplier and/or their sub-contractors shall make facilities available for these activities and provide all reasonable support during these visits/audits.
