Cleaning Specialist / Facilities Specialist

 

Clear Align is looking for an experienced Facilities /Cleaning Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis for 9-15 hours per week.  The successful candidate will take ownership of cleaning our facility, provide light maintenance work, and be a self-starter who is able to work effectively without close supervision.  Primary responsibilities will be maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, and tasks associated with general building maintenance.
essential duties & responsibilities
  • Ensure the entire facility passes in depth cleanliness audits and is in top condition for tours and visits by our clients including congressman, senators, military officials and defense contractors
  • Vacuuming all areas of the facility
  • Cleaning the restrooms
  • Disposing of all trash, and recycling from all areas of the facility
  • Dusting all areas of the facility
  • Buffing, and washing floors in all areas of the facility
  • Keep kitchenette area clean
  • Ensure consumables are replaced as necessary
  • Provide minor facility maintenance
position requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial
  • Ability to work and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated capability to perform the essential functions and responsibilities of this position
  • Candidate must be willing to start early or end late to accommodate cleaning schedule outside of normal working hours
