Clear Align Mirrors are used for beam routing, alignment, and sampling, as well as for laser cavities. Clear Align understands the performance demanded of laser mirrors: low scatter, excellent surface figure, high laser damage threshold, and reliability. We have mirrors for every typical laser application available, including partial and high reflectivity mirrors coated on flat and curved substrates for use at single, dual, or broadband wavelengths. Our diverse coating technology enables performance at wavelengths from 190 – 2000 nm, and includes e-beam dielectric, ion beam sputtering, high density aluminum, silver, and gold, and highly reflective mirror coating.
We pride ourselves in our custom mirror design where you choose the wavelength, diameter, angle of incidence, and the curvature. This allows you to find the perfect fit on a short lead time for common applications like Nd:YAG, Ti:sapphire, fiber and diode lasers, as well as laser line and partially reflecting mirrors.
In addition to our custom mirrors, we also work regularly with OEM customers to create custom mirrors specifically for their applications. Shape, dimensions, substrate material, and radius of curvature can all be customized. Any of our robust, high performance coatings can be applied at your choice of wavelength and angle of incidence, or we can design a coating to fit your exact spectral needs.
