Plan & Execute with Precision: Build and manage detailed project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
Unite the Experts: Coordinate mechanical, optical, electrical, and software engineers to hit program milestones that drive success.
Own Communication: Serve as the central point for stakeholders — ensuring proactive updates, clear expectations, and issue resolution before escalation.
Raise the Bar: Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other industry standards, while driving process improvements that boost team efficiency and performance.
Track, Measure, and Improve: Use data and modern project management tools to identify bottlenecks and accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree — engineering, physics, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of program or project management experience (electro-optics, defense, or aerospace preferred).
- Strong understanding of program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, ClickUp).
- U.S. Person status required; eligibility for security clearance required.
Preferred Extras
- PMP certification.
- Knowledge of defense standards, systems engineering, or operations research.
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as SolidWorks or MATLAB.
