Clear Align designs and manufactures cutting-edge imaging and surveillance systems used in drones, tactical platforms, and border security. We are seeking a Tier II IT Support Specialist to join our team on-site and support our growing infrastructure—including cybersecurity compliance, AI-driven automation, and system improvements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- End-User Support: Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office productivity software.
- Compliance Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity practices, including multi-factor authentication, controlled access, system logging, and incident response readiness.
- AI & Automation: Help deploy and maintain AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other workflow automation solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Account Management: Manage user provisioning, password policies, and access control via Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in line with cybersecurity protocols.
- Hardware Setup & Maintenance: Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and AV systems. Maintain secure asset inventory and perform hardware troubleshooting.
- Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot local network and VPN access, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Software Installation: Manage updates, patches, and licensed software installations. Ensure systems meet security configuration baselines.
- Documentation & Ticketing: Maintain thorough IT documentation, including procedures, inventories, and support tickets.
Position Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support experience or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, basic Mac OS support, iOS/Android platforms
- Working knowledge of IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic firewall concepts
- Experience with help desk systems, remote support tools, and documentation best practices
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 security & compliance tools, Intune, and endpoint protection platforms
- Interest or experience with AI automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and process documentation skills
- Ability to lift and move IT hardware up to 50 lbs
- U.S. person required, must be able to obtain a security clearance
