The Optical Fabrication Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the optical fabrication and coating processes, with a strong focus on financial metrics, on-time delivery, advanced manufacturing techniques, process optimization, quality control, and team leadership. This role involves collaboration with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure efficient operations and the delivery of high-quality optical components. The ideal candidate will be experienced in lean six sigma processes and their implementation.
