Clear Align designs and manufactures cutting-edge imaging and surveillance systems used in drones, tactical platforms, and border security. We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team on-site and support our growing business. This role may be based in either Eagleville, PA, or Nashua, NH based on business needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
- Assist in the month end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and audits
- Record daily cash activity, prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements
- Assist AP/AR with daily transactions
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries
- Document financial transactions within Visual ERP system
- Analyze and interpret statistical and accounting information
- Work within the finance team to standardize practices and procedures
- Monitor various metrics of the business to aid in daily operational decisions
- Comply with federal, state, and local financial, legal requirements
Position Requirements
- Solid accounting experience combined with strong analytical skills
- Strong math skills, and ability to manage complex number and reports
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial information and recognize significant variances, trends, and irregularities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation and the ability to communicate effectively
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to work and interact within a team structure as well as the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) particularly in Excel required
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong problem solving, and decision-making skills.

- ERP understanding and experience
- Manufacturing and program accounting experience a plus
- Experience using Visual Manufacturing ERP software a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting; MBA or CPA a plus
