Manufacturing Controls
Clear Align has invested significantly in electronic manufacturing controls deploying Visual Manufacturing ERP from Infor in all locations; Our systems are as advanced as those deployed in much larger companies but designed to be paper-free and more flexible. This investment helps us maintain our focus on on-time and quality delivery with global oversight of manufacturing at all our locations in one system. Our configuration management and change control system currently manages component level changes and authority on BOMS with over 7,000 components or subassemblies. Our supply chain management system tracks over 200 qualified suppliers with annual report cards and risk mitigation strategies that are reviewed by our management team. Our system is designed to ensure traceability and compliance with all key quality systems including the latest revisions of AS9100, ISO9000 and military and DCAA requirements. We believe our enterprise wide resource planning sets us apart.
Cleanroom Assembly
At Clear Align, we deliver high-quality precision optical assemblies by combining key factors, one of the most vital of which is cleanliness. We provide clean manufacturing operations ranging from Class 100,000 to Class 100. Our facility is equipped with ESD-safe assembly and testing stations to ensure safe delivery of your ESD-sensitive systems. Clear Align’s highly trained team has a consistent record of delivering high-quality results with a customer-centered approach that sets us apart.
DCAA Compliance
All project costs are monitored per Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements as defined by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Examples of controls include detailed labor and material tracking for each project and tracking of only allowable direct expenses on government programs.
ITAR Registered
We are an International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registered optical assembly house with build to print capabilities. We ensure secure implementation for defense-related programs. On these programs, all staff are US Persons. All technical data on our optical fabrication and assembly is ITAR controlled, including information required for the design, development, production, integration, testing, maintenance, and modification of products or services.
