Entry Level Manufacturing Expeditor

Nashua, NH

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manufacturing Expeditor to support our high-tech manufacturing operations by ensuring projects move efficiently across all departments. The Expeditor will play a crucial role in tracking progress using program management software, generating data-driven reports in Power BI from our ERP, and working closely with teams to drive accountability and on-time execution. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical proficiency, and clear communication in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Track and expedite projects across multiple departments working from machining to clean room assembly operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
  • Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks by identifying issues early and collaborating with relevant teams to implement solutions.
  • Assist with ClickUp implementation and adoption, training team members and driving accountability in production tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring alignment and visibility into key project timelines.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, and overseeing building maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Support meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Enforce process discipline by tracking overdue tasks and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Leverage strong technical skills to generate reports, track data, and support team operations using Excel, Word, and other software tools.
  • Generate insightful reports using Power BI to help improve operational efficiency and project tracking including time studies.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, highly technical manufacturing environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems to enhance project tracking and integrate workflows across manufacturing operations (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
  • Engage in independent decision-making, problem-solving, and initiative-taking to remove project roadblocks and optimize efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system adoption efforts (ClickUp, ERP, Power BI) to enhance productivity across departments.

Position Requirements

  • Associate Degree (preferred) in a technical, business, or related field, with strong academic performance.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Comfortable with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, reporting, and meeting documentation.
  • Technical proficiency with ClickUp and other project tracking tools (or willingness to learn and become the go-to expert).
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI report generation to track and analyze project performance.
  • ERP/MRP data analysis experience is a plus, with an understanding of project coordination within a manufacturing workflow.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment, balancing technical expertise with administrative coordination.
